Metadata Person table Status
Answered

How long does Person needs to stay inactive so that Status change from ACTIVE TO INACTIVE? (time period)
Is it possible to see last active date for each Person?
Hi MArko,
Thanks for reaching out. This User status is an admin configuration and not a time status; Setting a user as inactive prevents login and keeps that user from counting toward the license count.
No "last active date" I can see in our audit content package; although you could possibly look in the event and eventarchive tables table for user login actions and line them up with user id to determine a "last login" date / time.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Eric

Hi thank you for this, event table will help,
it seems that Person table also does not have Username->IDs that are given in YF admin console when creating new user, do you know where can I retrieve that?

Hi Marko,
You should be able to identify users via the ipclass table.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Eric
