BMC - Issues in excel format
Answered
Hi,
Whenever I am trying to export a report in excel format it becomes unusable.
I am not able to find the average of the rows in the excel file generated by YellowFin.
Formula gets displayed instead of the average value.
Kind Regards,
Asif Bhat
Hello Asif,
Thanks for reaching out with the issue you're facing. It would be helpful if you could provide some additional details on what you're seeing in the Excel report along with details of the report you are exporting.
Is this issue specific to Advanced Functions or calculated fields? Is it affecting simple aggregations?
Please include an example file and detailed screenshots of the report configuration if possible.
Also please confirm your version and build number, available via 'Administration' > 'System Information' or by appending /info.jsp to the Yellowfin login URL.
Thanks,
Ryan
