Is it possible to show null values in cross tab reports?

Hi,
From what I can see, cross tab reports assume a 0 for missing values in the data. Is there a way to surpress that and display an empty cell?

Thank you for getting in touch. This ability to display null values as zero can be toggled within the "column formatting" menu as seen below.
