Improved Configuration Settings for UI elements in version 9

Hello,
In the dashboards we are creating using Yellowfin, many text labels and UI objects appear in light grey against white. An easier to use UI feature to change things like the system font size, colour, family and other UI elements such as icon line weight outside of editing the CSS and image custom files would be desired.
