Icons for Export, Share, Broadcast, etc. do not appear on Firefox page displaying published report

The Firefox page for one of our new users does not include any of the icons that normally appear above a report when it is displayed. A second Firefox user does not have the "Open" button displayed above a report on her dashboard.
Any suggestions?
