How can I create a hyperlink in the BI Report that will take the user to the actual data source
Example. If creating a report on Claims, I want the user to be able to click on the visit ID to be taken to the actual visit in our EMR.

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. I am going to make the assumption that your EMR site allows a visit to be accessed via a URL link just the ID appended (eg. https://myemrdb.com/visitID=12345), if this is incorrect, please let me know more specifics and I will correct my answer.
In the above instance, if you edit the Format of the VisitID field and change the format to Link To URL you will be able to specify the external URL for your EMR and append the ID from that field by using ##. Please see the demo below to run you through the process. If anything is unclear, please let me know.
