https: Startup Issues
Answered
Hi,
I've recently tried to update a yellowfin instance to use https: using the instructions provided here (http://community.yellowfin.bi/knowledge-base/article/yellowfin-accessed-via-https).
My Yellowfin instance now doesn't start up correctly, I've tried replacing the original server.xml and web.xml files.
Any help would be appreciated, startup info attached.

Hello,
There seems to be an error in that list that the system can't find web-jsps.xml
Can you verify that the file is in the directory?
Best regards,
Pete

Hi Pete,
Thanks for quick response, I can confirm the file is there, I've attached it.
Could the file be corrupted? Is it worth replacing it with an orgional?

Hello Lawrence,
Sorry for not being in touch - we have had some teething problems with this new community system and I hadn't been notified of your reply.
Are you still having issues with Yellowfin starting or have you been able to resolve this?
Once again sorry for the delay,
Best regards,
Pete

No worries, it still wont start.
Let me know if you need any further information.

Hello Lawrence,
The file looks fine - I would suggest making a backup of the current directory (if you don't have one) then re-installing with the same version over top.
This should refresh the files and allow yellowfin to start again.
If that doesn't help we will need to look into it further
Best regards,
Pete
