How to show table first in embedded reports using JsAPI v3?
Answered
I'm switching to JsAPI v3 and have a few issues... First is, how to show table as the default for a report instead of chart?
With version 2.1 there was the display option in the loadReport function and we could choose 'table' or 'chart'. This does not appear to work in v3...
Thanks in advance.

Hey Diogo,
I hope you are well!
Would you be able to confirm the version & build you are currently running so I can test in the same ?
Also, are these embedded reports in a dashboard or are they stand alone reports ?

Hello Lesley,
I found the option
displayType: 'REPORT'
And it does the trick.
However I am having challenges using this version of the API. It would be great if apart from the wiki reference you had some examples of use of the API so I could see how it is done...
But for this issue I found the solution.
Thanks

Hey Diogo,
I hope you are well & thanks for getting back to me.
I did look into this and found that the chart display is the default unless specified, as you have found. Though, not applicable if the report does not have a chart.
I will go ahead and mark this one as closed, however, if you are having further issues please raise a ticket and the team will be happy to help with your concerns!
