How to send Broadcasting failure notification to specific user?

Hi Team,

I am trying to choose specific user to get the Failure notification mail in the Broadcasting, but the option is not allow me to choose one person, it is showing only the groups (attached screenshot for your reference). Could you please advice me is there anything needs to update on admin side or this is related with access level.

Thanks for reaching us.

"Broadcast Failure Task Recipient" is sent to Groups only. So the workaround will be create a Group, for example "Broadcast Failure" and add the user to that group then select that Group to receive "Broadcast Failure Notifications".
