What steps we should take to rename the Client Org and what is the impact ?

Hi Asif,
The key relation between the client org and the contents contained within is done through the client IPID. The ID value assigned in the configuration database. The name chosen really only affects the display so changing it should just be a matter of altering that within the client organization section of the admin console.
The bigger one to watch out for here is the client reference ID as this controls most of the web-service references to this organization, as well as any access filters that may be applied.

Hi Asif,
Yes, I would not recommend changing this value. Simple name changes can be done through the UI and it would probably be best to stick with the UI where possible.
