How to know if Yellowfin is clustered and High availability is enabled?
Answered
I have followed all the steps from yellowfin documentation for clustering. I am unable to verify whether the setup is successfully clusttered? What is the process for the same?
Hi Nikhilesh,
Thanks for getting in touch.
In order to check whether the environment is now clustered, you should see some output in the catalina.out log located under your yfinstall/appserver/logs directory. As an example.
============================== Cluster Management ==============================
| Cluster Type: DYNAMIC
| Dynamic Background Task Delegation: true
|
……. more info
-------------------------------------------------------------------
GMS: address=xxxxx
-------------------------------------------------------------------
|
| Cluster Started
|
| Host identified as: xxxx
| Cluster identified as: xxxx
| Additional Cluster Info: yyyyy
|
YF:2018-04-26 18:09:48: INFO (SystemTaskManager:info) - System Task Manager has been disabled
|
| Session Replication: true
|
| Cluster Management classes have been initialised.

Are you seeing something like this in each of your nodes?

Paul
