How to Download Software

We purchased a license file, but did not receive the Yellowfin software. I want to download some version of the software. I received a link to a webpage, that has e.g. a button for "Download the latest build". But that leads to a login page, and I don't have a login. So, how do I get a login?

Thank you for submitting this to the community, as I mentioned in our emails this is the best approach to gaining support from YF as this allows us to log, track and have our team assist.
This aside I just want to explain how the Community works (briefly);
Tickets = Private between support team and customer.
Questions, Problems, Ideas = Public facing.
