How to display the username and time of when report was run?

At the top of the report I need to display the username and the date/time of when the report was run, how do I do this?

Can you provide a little more information on the use-case for this?
For example, when a user runs a report, do you want them to see their own username and the time they are running the report?
Or
Do you want a report that tells you usernames and times when a report has report has been run ?
A bit more context will help and then we can work out if there is a way to achieve what you are looking for :)
