Hi Jesus,
the image in the header is only displaying in PDF format at the moment, it is not working for XLSX files - a defect has already been raised for this last year as you can see in the following Yellowfin Community Question:

so I'll check to see it hasn't been forgotten by the developers, and if it has then I'll make sure it is raised again by the end of Easter.
I have linked your ticket to the defect so the developers know that more people are after that functionality.
