I want to upgrade my existing instance to the latest version 9 release, where do I start?
Upgrading to v9.1 is just like any other major upgrade, there needs to be planning and it should only be done when there is going to be little disruption to the business. We’re happy to help you plan this so please reach out to your Yellowfin (we can do it on your behalf also).
There are really 2 things you need to ensure you have covered prior to upgrading.
1. Knowing what is in 9. See release notes here
2. Knowing the impact to your current instance. You can get the change management doc here.
Once you have this covered, just download the patch update from the support centre.
