How do I remove duplicate data when one column has unique data?

Please see attached screen shot. I can not figure out how to show only the unique field (in this case PO Number). In this case the case number has three POs. I do not want to show repeat data in the other fields. However, even when I select "Supress Duplicates" the Duplicates show. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John
