Group by Quarter/Date

Hello - I have a date field (called FirstOnlineDate) and need to group that field by fiscal quarter (group = FY Quarter). I have tried the Grouped Data function on both the report and the view, but I'm not getting the results I'm looking for. Instead of getting a quarter value (FY20 Q1, FY20 Q2, etc) in the new FY Quarter column, I'm just getting the same date value that's in FirstOnlineDate. I also tried to create a date function in the view, but the default quarters do not match our fiscal quarters. Where did I go wrong here? Or am I misunderstanding how the grouped data works?

Hi again Simon - please disregard. Turns out I did something wrong :) Everything is working as expected.
Can you tell me though if it's possible to change the default quarter number when applying a date function in the view? Our fiscal year starts in October, so instead of October = 4, I would like it to = 1.
