I am trying to convert my longitude and latitude (data type is float) into geo field. However, when I looked up the help pages, I am still confused. When can I get to the Geo Polygon, Data conversion, etc. I don't know where these tab locates. See highlight

apologies, it looks like our help pages are a bit out-of-date. To use the WKT Geometry Converter in 7.3 you've got to click the menu symbol to the right of the column:
and then this brings up a menu with the usual Format options and a Convert option:
and if you select Convert there you will find what you are looking for:
