Getting Issue when doing export in IE
Answered
Hi Team,
We have integrated Yellowfin in our application within an iFrame.
In IE browser, when export a report from Yellowfin, its not doing anything. No actions happened.
When check the IE console, we got the below warning message in that:
The code on this page disabled back and forward caching. For more information, see: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=291337
This functionality is worked fine when we use the Chrome browser.
Is any existing user faced this issue? Any suggestions provided?
Please advice on resolving this issue.
Regards,
Chandrakumar N
Hello,
IE can be a bit "funny" about caching - you might be able to use something like "pragmanocache" to inform the browser that nothing is to be cached (it should then stop checking)
Is Yellowfin setup to use HTTPS? HTTPS can cause similar issues in IE as it doesn't handle mixed security very well.
Best regards,
Pete
