Get complete data from another table
Answered
I have 2 views
The main view contains most of the fields I need in my report but it has Field-A which contains only a portion of the total value I need for this field, the complete information I need for Field-A is in the 2nd view.
When I look at this field directly on the second view I get a number like 80K, but when I do a join with inner, outter or other type to get the same 80K number I need, I never get this number.
Which would be the way to get this number correct for this field in View1?
Thank you.
Jesus
Hi Jesus,
Thanks for reaching out to support with your issue.
I'm not following your report setup entirely, but it sounds like data is not passing from your view as expected.
here's a couple things to try:1. Mark the affected table as mandatory in the View Builder -
2. Disable view optimization in the View Settings -
Do either of these options help render the report as desired?
Thanks,
Eric

It was solved by the remedy team, creating a field in remedy where somehow the field mantains the value even after the filters.
