Thank you -- This helps. Also, I see this in the help article "Some reports do not run automatically and require you to refresh the data contained in them." Could you give me an example? Are you referring to some sort of configuration on the report that would leave someone in this situation or is it related to something else?
I guess it is referring to the following configuration - if you set the refresh settings to be Manually then it won't be done automatically, instead you will have to refresh the data yourself:
