Dynamic images on charts

Hi,

Within a report on carbon emissions we would like to use dynamic imagery to represent emissions in a way that the public can relate to. i.e if they save x tonnes of CO2, how many cars usage does that represent, or how many hot air balloons/london busses etc etc.

Is it possible to create a chart that would be able to show this? i.e. replace the chart with an image that would change depending on the data within the report?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

We do have raster maps, which are images that change depending on the data values shown. You might want to have a read of the Wiki entry on that here. Otherwise there are JavaScript charts on which you have a lot of freedom to create something you want.

It looks like we don't have you on file; are you using Yellowfin via a different company or doing some contract work?

Kind regards,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Hope you're having a good week.

Just wanted to check-in and see how it's all going. Was there anything you were needing from me to help get this resolved?
