No tooltips on Alert icons.

Forced an error in the export to show this...

When you hover over the alert icons, you don't get the tooltip info that I'm sure you used to get. (Whilst we're on the subject of the icons, the yellow ones are really difficult to see, probably worth making it a darker yellow)

Hey Lex,

What version have you tested this on?

I just checked on version 9.4.2 and tooltip display is showing -

In regards to the yellow icon, I will raise an idea on your behalf to make this a slightly darker shade to be more visible!
