Displaying filter date values in the report output

Hi
We have a report that we export to Excel (XLSX) and PDF to send to our customers. What we would like to do is display the filtered date range on the report.
For example, just say I apply a date filter - “This Calendar Month to Date”
I would like there to be a field on my report that shows – Date Range: 1/10/2020 – 26/10/2020
and if I select “Last Calendar Month” this must show – Date Range: 1/09/2020 – 30/09/2020
Is this possible and how do I do this?

Hi Dylan,
The filters don't generally show the date range if you're using the predefined filters as you've mentioned.
You could look at creating a calculated field to show the date range or first and last dates which you could drop into the report and then possibly elect to remove duplicates on that column so it only appears once.
