Disable Global Filters for specific subtabs

I'd like to raise an idea to disable particular global filters for individual subtabs on a multitab Dashboard. Currently, there is no way to disable global filters, where they are applied to every subtab. An example would be 3 subtabs where the first subtab represents total athletes, the second subtab represents male athletes and the third represents female athletes.
The aim would be to have a 'Gender' filter on the first subtab, displayed with all the other global filters, however, have it disabled on the second and third subtabs as it is redundant.
The only way to get somewhat similar behaviour is to have two separate filter widgets, one global and one local which doesn't look very good, is unintuitive and difficult
I like this idea
