Create uninitialised Reports on Dashboards, without showing an error message

Hi there,

I am creating a dashboard and I would like to include reports but hide them until an option on a particular filter is applied. In other words, I would like the Reports to be uninitialised until a certain set of filters are applied. This isn't currently possible, where if a Report exists on a Dashboard with incomplete filters, an error message appears.
