Column URL to filter dashboad

Hi,
I have a report that is currently in the Dashboard A. The report has a column format of URL. Is it possible that when I click the URL it will lead me to a Dashboard B that is filtered depending on the value of URL column?
Basically, it is like drill tru to other dashboard.
