Chart axis scale has changed after 7.3 upgrade
Answered
I have upgraded to Yellowfin 7.3, and now my chart scales have changed for some reports.
E.g.
Before my scale was
0 , 2500, 5000, 7500, 10000
Now it's showing:
0, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 10000
The data itself is correct, but the scaling has changed.
Is this expected behaviour?
The chart axis has been improved in 7.3, and as a result, you should always get even numbers and a scale that breaks down as much as possible into even segments. So you can get a greater level of detail, without changing the actual data.
If this has had a negative impact on your charts, please provide us with some examples and we can see what we can do.
Thanks,
David
