I hope you are well :)
Do you have the Audit content? - if so, you should have a set of pre-created reports that can provide details -
Or you can create your own reports using the audit content views
If you do not have the audit content - you can download it from here, however, this requires a minimum of Yellowfin Version 9.5 - If you are not yet on 9.5, I can send across an older version of the audit content, but this may be a little outdated
