Answered
Hi Team,
I wanted to incorporate html page into yellowfin.
For that i created a sample page and saved it as filename.html.
and its working when i opened in explorer.
but what i want it to open with yellowfin port. i.e. localhost:8080/filename.html
Can we do this?

Hello Chandana,
Thanks for reaching out with your question. Yellowfin is bundled with Apache Tomcat, which is a Web Application Server. That being said, you most definitely can put .html pages into the root of your application server to host them with Yellowfin. Placing an .html file into the <YellowfinInstall>/appserver/webapps/ROOT/ folder will allow you to access them as you mention.
I want to make sure you understand that this isn't a standard practice, therefor it is not officially supported nor recommended. It will work, however.
Thanks,
Ryan
