Multicast License Admin Roles Setup

Hi all,

despite having a multicast license, we can not get the option to broadcast to FTP.

Is there another setting where we need to activate this feature? Maybe on a report or view level?

Hi Ingo,

Thank you for reaching out. Assuming non-multicast broadcasts are working, then I believe the only place you'd need to check is the permissions in the applicable Role and looking under Report Menu and checking the "Multicast Reports" options:

Hi Mike,

Many thanks, it worked! Maybe you guys can add that somewhere in the KB or wiki. The connection to the licensing and required option setting in the role where not really obvious to get the FTP-broadcast to work and I could not find a hint.
