Is it possible to use a SQL statement to compile the list of recipients for the broadcast? So it would potentially change every time it is sent.

Thank for reaching out to support with your question.

The "usual" way of doing this is to create a report in Yellowfin that defines the broadcast recipient list, as per our wiki -

https://wiki.yellowfinbi.com/display/yfcurrent/Broadcast

In theory you could create a freehand SQL report with the desired query, and use that report as your recipient list.

However I do see an open task in our dev platform that indicates there may be some access filters when this approach is used. Would this be applicable in your situation?
