AWS Marketplace Image for Yellowfin and Postgres Settings

I wanted access to the Yellowfin Config database on a The AWS Trial edition of YF (7.4), which appears to be a Postgres db according to the web.xml descriptor.
The password is encrypted, so I wanted to know does your PW encryption tool found here:

work for the AWS Marketplace trial / demo edition of Yellowfin?
In other words, can I use that password tool to update both the Postgres password for the yellowfin user and the web.xml file?
