How can I automatically grant permissions to our admins for all private reports?
Answered
Hi!
Is there a way to grant default permissions to all the reports (over 2000) we have without having the user manually adding us every time?
Most of our user have a role to create private reports only. As admins we still don't have permissions to see\ edit\delete all reports.
This creates a difficulty in assistance to our users and in managing the permissions of the reports.
Thanks,
Tal
Hi Tal,
I have just written a Stored Procedure for you (for SQL Server)! When you run it, it will add your YF account to all private reports so that you will be allowed to access them. You can get the SP from the following article: Grant admins access to view all Private Reports
