an error occurred retrieving the results from the database

I’ve accepted an error message(see print screen) when

I try to run any report in the yellowfin system.

All report are not working as well and running very slowly and there are reports are disable.

I need you’ll connect to my system via ‘Any Desk’ software.

Can you connect to my system during the day?
