Add report and user details to a button on a report

I want to be able to get a users username and the name of the report they are currently using to be included in a link from a button press that takes them to a user feedback form. This is how I can do it from Report Builder 2:="http://s..../bi/feedback/?reportname=" & Globals!ReportName & "&user=" & User!UserID
Can I do the same from YellowFin?
