Ability to enable the scheduled task schedule if you have a different role

Hi,

Is there a way to see a list of scheduled tasks in yellowfin if you have a different role? For eg public content writer.

Hi Lebo,

Thanks for reaching out. You can do this. However, this is one of the all-or-nothing Admin role functions. Access to the Schedule Management page is nested within the Configuration > Configuration role permission:

This will of course allow for the role group other admin permissions under the user profiles' Administration tab. I do think this makes sense though, as having access to the Schedule Management page should be left an Admin responsibility, as it's very important to trust those with access to Schedule Management since they can make crucial changes.

But yes, in short, this is possible for other roles by toggling on the Configuration option. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
