504 bad gateway

Hi team,

Currently experiencing 504 bad gateway error when exporting reports with more than 1000 records using word or excel. It seems to work for smaller report, but if we use txt or pdf format regardless of the number of records, it works without any issue.

I've seen some posts that mention this is not a YF issue, but the use case makes it seem like it might be? When I checked the network logs, I could see a call being made to YF server (POST) and after a minute or so, the error comes up.
