Issue with "Reset Filters" Button Widget in Credible BI: Data Going Blank

Greetings,
I'm having trouble with the "Reset Filters" functionality in a button widget in Credible BI. When I use the button to reset filters, all data on my dashboard goes blank instead of returning to the original view, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Any advice on potential fixes or workarounds would be really helpful!

This reset button shown in the screenshot is not the usual Yellowfin reset button, and looks to be a code widget or other exclusive feature to the Credible BI dashboard code, as such we would ask you refer to the Credible support team for assistance with this functionality.
