List of organizations that user have login access.

Hi,

We are looking to get the list of organizations a user have access to. We found a rest api but want to know how to utilize it.

Until now we use web services from yellowfin so need the info on utilizing the rest api or if we have web service that gives the info we are looking for that would be great.
