List of reports and ownership

Hi

How do you generate a list of all reports in yellowfin and who owns them? Reason being, I want to delete accounts of ex colleagues and transfer any reports / dashboards / content under their name over to myself. Before I delete the account, and move content across, I want to first see what content I am moving over, to make sure it has worked.

Hello Jen,

By utilizing an SQL query in the database. In the "Report header table" you can see the list of reports.

Yellowfin has a complete audit facility for tracking which users are accessing data from your data sources. Each time a report is run, a unique instance of that report definition and timestamp is saved.

As an administrator, you will be able to run reports against the Yellowfin database to determine your usage statistics and track access to specific data sources and views. Please check the Audit-related content on the following wiki link.
