Dashboard User Access

Hi,

I created plenty of dashboards based on one report by filtering a column in it with defined values. Therefore, I needed to duplicate that report according to it's filtered values and created related dashboards, then I put these dashboards into different folders and gave user/group access to these folders. Is there a way to give user access based on the applied filter on that report by not duplicating it?

Thank you in advance!

Hello Ekin

Apologies for the delay in response. "Access filter report contains 4 fields means" they are "Identifier type, Identifier , filter type and Reference ID.

Hello Ekin

For this, you can utilise "Access filters" to provide the user access according to the filter that has been applied to that report. Access Filters are used to restrict data based on the user running a report. Would you kindly read the wiki article below to gain additional knowledge regarding access filters.

Hi Siddartha,

When I want to specify filter records on a report, it must contain exactly 4 fields. How can I create access filter for a report that contain more fields than that?

Thank you for your assistance.
