Hello Gary,

Thank you for reaching out to Yellowfin Support

I would like to know the following information to look into this further.

1. Could you please share the info.jsp, to access this page, just append info.jsp to your YF url.

E.g. http://localhost:8080/info.jsp

2. Does this problem belong to only one dashboard?

3. Any upgrades done recently? If yes, I would like to know from which version you have upgraded from and the old database version details.

4. Could you please share the video of your replication so that we can have a look at the process you are following. In the ftp link provided below, you can share any files or folders. By selecting the upload file option on the ftp link, you can upload the file without logging in.

https://ftp.yellowfin.bi/login?next=/files/User-Uploads

5. The debug logs with the time stamp would be nice to see. If you could replicate the issue after turning on the debug log and share the debug logs along with the time stamp, that would be great. Click the link below to understand how to enable debugging.

Hello Gary,

I appreciate you providing the information I requested. I can see in info.jsp that you shared, the free space is 320 MB, extremely low. Please try increasing the JVM memory before importing to see if it helps.

I have passed your comment onto our server maintenance, and they said it does not seem related to memory. I will try to insist they follow your recommendation.
