Embedding text across multiple reports

Hello,

We want to use the report feature to create many personalised monthly reports. In each of these reports, we want to include a piece of text that is the same across all reports, however changes from month to month. We want to write that piece of text and embed across all reports so that we can update only this text once per month, but it is updated across all reports. Is this possible in the reports function and if so, how can we do this? We are also exploring the use of the stories feature, the same question applies there too.
