Report export having multiple chart fails

Report containing multiple chart throws a warning "The final layout of reports with multiple charts can only be guaranteed when sharing via PDF. " When exporting into xlsx format.
However exported files doesn't show any chart or sometimes only 1 chart get exported.As per below link any version before versions 7.4.12, 8.0.4, and 9, this is a limitation.

"Any version before versions 7.4.12, 8.0.4, and 9, this is a limitation. However, from these versions and above, you should have the ability to do so"
We tested this on versions 9.8.2.2 and 9.9, and we were able to export multiple charts to xlsx. Could you please let us know which yellowfin version you are currently using.
