Email a Report to an External Party

How do I email a report to an email address/non-yf user? The documentation says something about being able to email reports to external parties. I assume external party means someone who is not a yellowfin user, correct?

Thanks for reaching out to Yellowfin Support
As a user of Yellowfin you may have permissions to send reports via email to other registered users or external parties. You will only be able to email a report once it is active. Draft reports cannot be emailed; therefore save your report prior to sending. Note: These emails are sent using the logged in user’s email address. (This requires the domain to be authenticated within the mail server).

If you have a multicast license, you can email reports to un-named users. Information on this can be found on this page: Understanding the license details page. Without the multicast license, you will only be able to broadcast/schedule reports to Yellowfin users.
