In Yellowfin version 9.4, a new Content Super User role function was introduced, enabling the viewing and managing of Content within a Yellowfin instance. This enables elevated users to edit and delete Private Content, which previously was not possible.

  1. As an Administrator, navigate to Admin Console > Authentication > General Settings, and enable the 'Allow Content Super User function'

  2. Then, navigate to Admin Console > Users > System Administrator (or whichever role you are allocating the functionality) > Administration, and toggle the Content Super User function in the Roles section.

  3. Once you've toggled the Content Super User function, it will be enabled on the next successful login. Log out and then log back in again and you will see the changes.
