How do I create an Other group when ranking
Answered
Hi,
I need more information "Other’ group when ranking". I want to know if this feature is now available on YF.
Similar post I saw in the community but it does not say if this feature is added to YF or not.
For more details, please use the following link

Hi Muhammad,
Thanks for contacting Yellowfin with your question!
There are a couple of workarounds to this feature, where you could create a subquery, as mentioned in the link. This would involve a bit of logic against the data so that the top x number of results are in the mastery query and the remaining fall under the subquery.
Another method would be to use advanced metrics on the field in question and apply the Top N rank
Alternatively there is also the bottom N rank option here.
I hope that helps!
Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Muhammad,
Hope you're having a good week.
Just wanted to check-in and see how it's all going. Was there anything you were needing from me to help get this resolved?
Kind regards,
Chris
