Date Parameter Not Using Default System Format

The Date Parameter I added to my report isn't obeying the default system format, so users need to think twice before entering a value. Also, a date picker would be a nice addition to these.

FYI . . . I've also noticed this same formatting in regular fields, but only if they are marked as mandatory. Since parameters are mandatory by default, that could be related.

Hello Jason,

The default format for dates in Yellowfin is YYYY-MM-DD

The transformation to MM/DD/YYYY should be applied as you have selected it as default

I will raise this as a bug with the Dev team.

Thanks for your patience!

Best regards,

Pete
