Default Folder Setting for Browse Page

Can we implement a method to set a 'Browse' page default folder selection for users or groups?
We've found that the Browse page takes considerable time to load when the 'All' folder is the default landing.

this is such a good idea that another client of ours has already requested it and an Enhancement Request raised (YFN-7473)! I had a quick check of the new 7.4 but unfortunately it wasn't implemented in there yet. But seeing as it is such a good idea and, I imagine, easy to code, it shouldn't take long to implement.
